Administration

The Doyle Foundation has been incorporated as a private limited company under Scots law and has been given charitable status (SC030872). The annual fellowships and other activities of the Foundation will be financed through a trust fund established with the substantial initial contribution from the estate of Dr Doyle.  Others who support the purposes of the Foundation are welcome to become Members by making a financial contribution to the trust fund.  A small board of Trustees will oversee the work of the Foundation and report to the Members on a regular basis.  A meeting of Members will be held once each year.  Details of the AGM will be posted on this site.
